Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have worked in senior and leadership positions with marquee brands like Morgan Stanley, Proprium Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs. Prior transaction experience of over USD850MM across market cycles, asset classes and investment structures.
Senior real estate professional with a total experience of 52 years across all aspects of real estate including acquisition, development, fund management and advisory.
Held several senior leadership positions including Executive Director at Piramal Fund Management, Managing Director at JP Morgan’s India real estate private equity fund business and CEO of SARE Group prior to which he has also served as President at Reliance Land Limited and CEO at Lokhandwala Constructions.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with global contractors and institutional real estate platforms including Carillion PLC, Leighton, LOGOS, and Welspun One.

Shantanu is an experienced real estate and infrastructure development professional with over 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across India and the Middle East. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with global contractors and institutional real estate platforms including Carillion PLC, Leighton, LOGOS, and Welspun One.
Shantanu’s experience spans the development and delivery of a diverse range of assets including luxury hospitality resorts and convention centres, mixed-use developments, institutional-grade logistics and industrial facilities, data centre infrastructure, and large-scale commercial and residential projects. He has deep expertise across the full development lifecycle, including land evaluation, development feasibility, concept and design strategy, construction execution, and project delivery.
As part of the Operating Partner Network at Clarity Capital, Shantanu works alongside the firm on development-intensive and value-add opportunities, providing strategic development advisory and leading project execution where required.
