Shruti Gandhi

Shruti is a Principal at Clarity Capital and leads efforts on investment evaluation, underwriting and execution across real estate and principal investments.

Prior to this, Shruti worked as a Senior Associate at Proprium Capital Partners, an independent fund manager (formed as a result of the restructuring of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate business) with an AUM of US$2BN and was actively involved in origination and execution of investments and ongoing asset management of Proprium’s India portfolio, including Morgan Stanley’s “SSF III” India assets.

Prior to joining Proprium, she worked at India Real Estate Partners, an India focused real estate private equity and debt platform, co-founded by former Managing Directors of Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Prior to this, Shruti worked with Casa Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm in India, founded by ex-head of Goldman Sach’s real estate fund platform in India, prior to which Shruti has worked with Goldman Sachs as a sell-side research analyst covering the Indian Real estate and FMCG sectors.

Shruti is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and have completed the CFA Program. Also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
