Yash Ravel

Yash is the Founder and Managing Partner at Clarity Capital.

Yash brings approximately 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, real estate investing, asset and fund management, having successfully executed transactions exceeding USD 1 billion across diverse asset classes and investment structures.

As a founding team member at Welspun One, Yash led the development of the fund management platform, successfully setting up and raising two funds with total capital commitments of USD 325 million. He also oversaw the deployment of USD 150 million across 10 transactions, resulting in a portfolio of 10 million square feet of Grade A warehousing assets across five cities in India.

Prior to Welspun One, Yash was a Principal at Proprium Capital Partners, an independent fund manager with an AUM of approximately USD 2 billion. He played a key role in establishing the India office, managing the MSREI SSF III India portfolio, and sourcing and executing new deals.

Yash's tenure at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) from 2007 saw him in various roles in investing and asset management, including leading the asset management efforts for MSREI's India portfolio.

Before joining MSREI, Yash worked in investment banking and M&A advisory roles at Ambit Corporate Finance and Essar Group, working on transactions across the deal lifecycle across multiple sectors, for approximately 2.5 years.
